Rich Barr is the Co-owner and COO of The Maryland and Delaware Group of eXp Realty, based in Salisbury, Maryland — ranked by Real Trends as No. 1 in Maryland and No. 5 in the nation in 2023.

After selling a highly profitable heavy-duty truck dealership group in 2015, Rich entered real estate as an active investor and in late 2016 transitioned to full-time. Since then, he has brokered the sale of over 1,500 homes and renovated and sold over 500 properties.
